Abstract
"UNIDADE DE PROPULSãO PARA VEìCULO A MOTOR E MéTODO DE IDENTIFICAR A POSIçãO DE ENGATE DE UMA EMBREAGEM AUTOMáTICA FAZENDO PARTE DA UNIDADE DE PROPULSãO". Unidade de propulsão para veículos a motor, compreendendo um motor (1) e uma embreagem de fricção automatizada (3) disposta entre o motor e sua caixa de câmbio (10) , o engate e desengate da referida embreagem sendo controlados por uma unidade servo (12), que é controlada por um computador de controle (20) ao qual, de vários sensores (21, 22, 23, 24) são alimentados valores de velocidade de motor, velocidade rotacional do eixo de entrada (9) da caixa de câmbio, posição da unidade servo e posição da alavanca de mudança de marcha (25). Pontos em uma curva de torque são armazenados na memória do computador de controle, a referida curva mostrando o torque como uma função da posição servo (a posição de embreagem) .O computador é adicionalmente programado para calibrar a unidade servo em uma posição de tração, que provê um valor desejado predeterminado do torque, e verificar, com uma certa regularidade, o valor efetivo do torque na posição de tração e, se necessário, ajustar o valor efetivo em direção ao valor desejado mudando a posição da unidade servo.
