Abstract
" ATUADOR DE CURVA TéRMICA PARA UM DISPOSITIVO MICRO-ELETROMECâNICO ". O atuador de curva térmica (28) tem dois braços espaçados (31,32) que são conectados através de elementos de haste (102). Os elementos de haste (102) são eles próprios conectados através de barras de torção (110, 112, 114, 116, 118). Um braço (32) é condutivamente capaz de ser aquecido para causar a curvatura do atuador (28) com a aplicação de uma corrente elétrica. Os elementos de haste (102) e barras de torção (110, 112, 114, 116, 118) reduzem a probabilidade de modos de curvatura indesejados acontecerem, o que causaria o movimento impróprio do atuador (28).
