Abstract

"PROCESSO DE ACONDICIONAMENTO E EMBALAGEM PARA A PRESERVAçãO EIOU O COZIMENTO OU O REAQUECIMENTO DE PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS". A invenção se refere à embalagem para a preservação e/ou o cozimento ou o reaquecimento de produtos alimentícios frescos tais como, por exemplo, legumes não cozidos ou pré-cozidos ou então pratos já cozidos, a qual compreende uma embalagem hermeticamente fechada na qual os ditos produtos alimentícios (8) são colocados, sendo que a dita embalagem inclui um recipiente ou uma bandeja (1) que compreende uma base (2) e uma base falsa (3) dotada de perfurações (4) arranjada acima e espaçada da dita base (2), e uma película de plástico (9) que cobre o recipiente e é vedada sobre o dito recipiente. A invenção é caracterizada ainda por compreender uma almofada de saturação umedecida ou umectante (7), colocada no espaço (E) formado entre a base (2) e a base falsa (3) do dito recipiente (1).
