Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "INTERFACE DIGITAL DE DADOS/FAX EM UM LAçO LOCAL SEM FIO". Aparelho de interface de dados/fax preferido (1) que permite o uso de uma máquina de fax analógica convencional (2) em um laço local sem fio (WLL) (12). O laço local sem fio (12) inclui um terminal de laço local sem fio (14) que apresenta uma linha telefónica (16) conectada à porta telefónica analógica (18) do mesmo com uma máquina de fax analógica (20) conectada à linha telefónica (16). A interface (10) recebe os sinais de fax analógicos da máquina (20) sobre a linha telefónica (16) e converte os sinais de fax analógicos em sinais de fax digitais para serem transmitidos à porta dados (26) do terminal de laço local sem fio (14) para a transmissão de rede celular digital sem fio.
