Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE DIóXIDO DE CARBONO E PARA A CO-GERAçãO DE DIóXIDO DE CARBONO, NITROGêNIO E ENERGIA ELéTRICA E DE DIóXIDO DE CARBONO, OXIGêNIO, NITROGêNIO E ENERGIA ELéTRICA". Em um processo para a produção de dióxido de carbono, um primeiro gás de processo contendo oxigênio é fluído ao longo de um lado de cátodo de uma primeira membrana de transporte iónico seletiva para oxigênio. A membrana está em condições operacionais efetivas para transportar uma primeira porção de permeado de oxigênio do lado de cátodo para um lado de ânodo oposto. Um segundo gás de processo contendo carbono é fluído ao longo do lado de ânodo em uma vazão de fluxo efetiva para proporcionar um excesso estequiométrico de oxigênio sobre combinação com a primeira porção de permeado de oxigênio. Uma primeira mistura de um segundo gás de processo e primeira porção de permeado de oxigênio é comburida de tal modo que substancialmente todo o segundo gás de processo é convertido em uma segunda mistura de água e dióxido de carbono.
