Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE MOLDAGEM SOB PRESSãO E DISPOSITIVO PARA SUA EXECUçãO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo de moldagem sob pressão para a fabricação de peças fundidas com uma câmara de fundição horizontal e um êmbolo de fundição, no qual existe desde o início do processo de fundição um vácuo, o material líquido antes da inserção no molde é acelerado e o mesmo antes ou o mais tardar ao alcançar a boca do canal de entrada do molde de fundição sob pressão é colocado sob pressão, sendo que o material líquido antes da aceleração é levado à forma cilíndrica e nesta estabilizado hidromecanicamente, sendo que se realiza uma compensação de temperatura e uma distribuição uniforme de pressão no volume de material cilíndrico. Após o enchimento do molde de fundição sob pressão, o metal em cristalização é adicionado ao volume de massa fundida especialmente formada para tal fim e a peça fundida é configurada sob uma pressão de densificação objetivada adicional. A invenção ainda se refere a um dispositivo para a execução do processo de moldagem sob pressão, sendo que a câmara de fundição é dotada de um êmbolo de contrapressão e de um êmbolo de densificação para levar o material líquido à forma cilíndrica, para acelerar esse ao longo da câmara de fundição e para densificar o metal em cristalização no molde de pressão à peça fundida.
