Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE PEçAS CONFORMADAS FEITAS DE LIGA DE ALUMìNIO TIPO 2024''<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de peças bastante deformadas feitas de liga AICuMg que compreende as seguintes etapas: a) lingotamento de uma placa de composição (% em peso): Cu: 3,8 - 4,5 Mg: 1,2 - 1,5 Mn: 0,3 - 0,5 Si < 0,25 Fe < 0,20 Zn < 0,20 Cr < 0,10 Zr < 0,10 Ti < 0,10, b) eventualmente homogeneização a uma temperatura compreendida entre 460 e 510°C entre 2 e 12 h, e preferencialmente a uma temperatura compreendida entre 470 e 500°C por uma duração entre 3 a 6 h, c) laminação a quente com uma temperatura de entrada compreendida entre 430 e 470°C, e de preferência compreendida entre 440 e 460°C, d) corte das chapas, e) conformação por um ou vários processos tais como o enrolamento, o estiramento-conformação, o embutimento, a usinagem por deformação ou a dobragem, f) colocação em solução entre 480 e 500°C, com uma duração compreendida entre 5 min e 1 h, g) têmpera, a conformação podendo intervir antes ou depois da colocação em solução e da têmpera.
