Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO DE SUSPENSãO". Um dispositivo limpador de fileira para uma unidade de fileira de formação de sulco inclui uma disposição de suporte com uma conexão paralela possuindo um cilindro hidráulico de atuação única conectado entre as conexões superior e inferior. A extensão do cilindro é controlada por um circuito hidráulico para fornecer a pressão baixa ajustável para manter a operação consistente dos dispositivos limpadores em condições de solo variáveis. Um dispositivo de tensão tal como uma mola que se estende geralmente em paralelo com o cilindro age para retrair o cilindro. Uma válvula de bloqueio pode ser fechada para manter o dispositivo limpador na posição elevada e pode travar o cilindro em qualquer posição estendida desejada. Um dispositivo de armazenamento de energia tal como uma mola comprimida entre o cilindro e uma das conexões permite um movimento vertical limitado da conexão sem mudar a extensão do cilindro para proteger o dispositivo e acomodar os obstáculos e as irregularidades da superfície do solo no caminho quando o cilindro é travado na posição. O cilindro pode ser controlado como uma função da posição do abridor, e, pode ser controlado para elevar o dispositivo limpador automaticamente com a elevação das unidades de fileira. O limpador de fileira pode ser suportado em várias posições e pode ser controlado remotamente. O limpador pode ser convenientemente elevado para a posição de não operação para evitar contato indesejável com o solo.
