Abstract

Получените предилни руна (флорове) са с подобрена равномерност на теглото на единица площ при двойно повишена скорост на производство. По метода се транспортира само повърхностно много леко закрепен флор, без да се разрушава неговата структура, и се смесва със средства, улесняващи плъзгането. Плъзгащото средство навлиза през закрепените флорни повърхности вътре във флора и подпомага последващото декатиране и високоскоростното импрегниране. В зависимост от теглото на флора производствените скорости са до 40 м/мин, а в специални случаи до 60 м/мин. Чрез термично закрепване на флорните повърхности лесно се синтеруват помежду си лежащите на повърхността влакна при точките им на кръстосване, без да е необходимо припояване на влакната. Повърхностите на лежащите на повърхността на флора влакна се размекват, без да се стопят. Свързването на влакната чрез закрепване е обръщаемо и се освобождава отново при декатирането, така че като краен продукт се получава флор, който е укрепен изключително чрез декатиране, а не чрез термично разтопяване. 6 претенции
