Abstract

The method and the device are employed to produce yarn from staple fiber in a process of combing, drafting and twisting at the speed of over 300 m/min. By the method the band of staple fiber (1) undergoes combing at the front end of the fiber and then the back ends at the same drafting it to a high degree. During air vortex spinning two fiber flows form, base and fixing ones, simultaneously with drafting, and the fiber flows received, compact separately as base and fixing fibers and at the end they mix and compact together, After that they are twisted and core fibers undergo more twists than the covering ones, exposed to tensile strength resulting in an even structure yarn. Under ring spinning - together with drafting fibers form one or two fiber flows, and the fiber flows received, are compacted or twisted in one or two separate yarns. The device comprises a feeding roller (8) and a feeding table (9) situated next to a perforated needle roller (11) and it ends near to a three-roller (21, 22, 23) drafter
