Abstract
Методът и елементът намират приложение в металургията при промишлени пещи, като пламъчни, топилни, доменни и електрически пещи, както и в металургични реактори. С прилагането им се гарантира контактът между свързваните елементи и се повишава износоустойчивостта на пещта. По метода върху корпусна част (1) се поставят керамични облицовъчни елементи (2), които се свързват към елемента на корпусната част (1), изпълнен от мед, посредством агент за спояване с мек или твърд припой. Зоната на съединяване се нагрява до температурата на разтопяване на спояващия агент до образуване на термична връзка между елементите (2) и корпусната част (1). Повърхността на корпусната част (1) е с оформени канали (3), в които се разполагат облицовъчните елементи (2). Охладителният елемент включва корпусна част (1), снабдена със система от канали за циркулиране наохлаждаща течност и облицовка, изградена от облицовъчни керамични елементи (2), свързани към корпусната част (1). На повърхността на корпусната част (1) има канали (3), в които са разположени керамичните елементи (2).
