Abstract

The collector is used for building of energy systems with heat storage accumulators designed for heating of water in a water supply and hot-water installation in residential and industrial buildings. It has higher permeation for the solar radiation and improved heat insulation between the heat-absorbing fluid and the environment, reduced radiation and convection losses from moisture in the air interstices. Thus there is every opportunity for the complete discharge of the heat-absorption fluid from the collector in case of termination of its action. The flat solar collector comprises multiple parallelly fitted transparent ducts, the inlets and outlets of which are connected to collectors in which heat-absorption fluid runs through. The transparent ducts are fabricated in the form of an upper and a lower polycarbonate plate (1, 3) fitted one above the other, having an air interstice (4) between them. A peripheral transparent duct (401) is made along the surrounding edges if plates (1, 3). Below, on the reverse side of plate (1), a thin-layer selective coating (102) is applied. Duct (401) is filled by hygroscopic substance (2), by which the transparent ducts (101) of plate (1) are partially filled. The heat absorption fluid gets into the transparent ducts (301) of the lower plate (3), under which a heat screen with a reflector (5) and heat insulation layer (6) are fitted one after the other. 1 claim, 6 figures
