Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour la production d'un gaz principalement constitué de CO et H2,à partir d'une matière carbonée finement divisée, par utilisation d'un coke réactif. Le coke réactif est obtenu à partir d'une matière première carbonée en morceaux, dans un four de carbonisation (21). Le coke produit est introduit dans un four de carburation (21). Le coke produit est introduit dans un four de carburation (2) destiné à la carburation d'un mélange gazeux produit dans une chambre de vaporisation (1) à partir d'une matière carbonée finement divisée. La partie volatile de cette matière est introduite dans la chambre de vaporisation (1) pour crackage et reformage. On produit ainsi du coke réactif à la meme allure qu'on le consomme à la carburation, et sans former des produits secondaires.
