Abstract

Procédé de préparation de 2-hydroxy-5-(1-hydroy-2-((4-phényl-2-butyl)-amino]éthyl)benzamide, répondant à la formule (I) caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'alkylation directe de 1-phényl-3-aminobutane avec du bromure de 4-hydroxy-3- carbomyl-phénacyle. Le labétalol ainsi obtenu, présente des activités X et B bloquantes des récepteurs adrénergiques, et constitue une innovation dans le traitement de l'hypertension. Administration par voie orale ou injectable.
