Abstract
The caisson rests on a base and may be of any shape to match the structure of the burner, boiler and fume extractor as far as the chimney. A free space is left between the caisson walls and those of the burner, boiler and extractor to allow circulation of the heated air used by the burner. - The wall panels are demountable for easy access to the burner and extractor. A mobile damper regulates air flow and automatically closes if the burner stops. An air filter is provided at the air entry, and an explosion valve is provided facing the burner.(0/3)
Description
<EMI ID=1.1>
<EMI ID=2.1>
<EMI ID=3.1>
<EMI ID = 1.1>
In heating systems, heat the ambient air
<EMI ID = 2.1>
diere B. by licking the bare walls of the boiler B. and the smoke nozzle C.
Manufacturing material.
The box is made up of hard, non-combustible insulating D. panels, the walls of which are protected by steel sheets of suitable quality for their use.
The thickness of the D. panels of the box varies according to the degree of insulation desired.
Form:
The box consists of an assembly of panels D. forming an assembly judiciously mounted around the burner A., the boiler B. and the smoke nozzle C. as far as the body of the smoke chimney E.
<EMI ID = 3.1>
He sits on a base I.
The box can take any form to faithfully match the size of the burner A., the boiler B. and nozzle
smoke C. up against the chimney B., leaving a
free space between the walls D. of the box and those of the boiler B., of the burner A. and of the smoke nozzle C. so
allow the circulation of air to warm up, sucked
by burner A.
The panels D. of the box can be dismantled in whole or in part, for easy access to the burner A. and the smoke nozzle C. A mobile damper F. is provided for adjusting the air flow,
with possibility of automatic closing when the burner A stops. An air filter G. is provided in the box Fig. 1. at the air inlet.
Application :
Casing system which can be adapted to new boilers as well as to existing boilers, for the recovery of calories released by the radiation from the walls of the boiler B. and from the radiation from the smoke nozzle C.
Used simultaneously as a jacket around the boiler B. and the burner cover A.
Attenuates the operating noise of burner A.
Security :
The box is made up of non-combustible insulating D. panels. The casing can be dismantled in whole or in part to allow easy access to burner A. and smoke nozzle C.
An explosion valve H. is provided, facing the burner A., in
Front facing
Summary :
The box is used to recover the calories lost by radiation from the boiler B. and the smoke nozzle C., by heating the filtered ambient air.
