La présente invention concerne les marquises et les auvents plastifiés, en particulier pour caravane, et est relative au jonc destiné à la liaison du tissu avec la caravane.
Les tissus d'auvent ou de marquise sont généralement pourvue sur leurs bords d'un jonc type sellerie destiné à être enfilé dans un profilé passe-poil de la caravane.
Lorsqu'il s'agit de tissu plastifié, l'introduction du jonc dans le profilé est rendue difficile du fait du peu de pouvoir glissant de ce tissu plastifié.
Il a, par suite, paru avantageux d'améliorer ce pouvoir glissant et ceci est l'objet de la présente invention.
L'invention s'applique particulièrement aux marquises et auvents soudés où le jonc, constitué d'une bande de tissu replié sur elle-même et renfermant un cordon, doit être soudé sur le tissu plastifié de la marquise ou de l'auvent.
Suivant l'invention le jonc du type ci-dessus est caractérisé en ce que la bande de tissu présente une face externe se subdivisant en une zone plastifiée pour permettre la soudure avec le tissu de la marquise ou de l'auvent et en une zone non plastifiée présentent un bon pouvoir de glissement.
Suivant l'invention encore, la sone non plastifiée s'étend au-delà du milieu de la bande de tissu, de manière à constituer une face du jonc et l'enrobage du cordon.
Pour mieux comprendre l'invention celle-ci est décrite ci-après sur la base du dessin annexé, montrant en :
Figure 1 une vue en plan d'un morceau de bande de tissu devant servir à réaliser le joua suivant l'invention; Figure 2 une coupe, à plus grande échelle dans la bande de tissu de Fig. 1, et Figure 3 une coupe dans le jonc réalisé, soudé au tissu d'auvent ou de marquise.
La bande de tissu 1 devant servir à réaliser le jonc est constituée par exemple en fibres de polyester et sa face interne 2 est plastifiée.
La face externe de la bande de tissu est subdivisée longitudinalement en une zone plastifiée 3 et en une zone non plastifiée 4, qui déborde au-delà du milieu de la bande comme on le voit au dessin.
La bande de tissu est repliée sur elle-même et pourvue d'une couture 5 pour constituer un logement, dans lequel est glissé un cordon en caoutchouc 6. Le jonc ainsi réalisé ne présente comme face plastifiée que la surface plastifiée réduite 3, qui est nécessaire pour permettre la soudure avec le -tissu plastifié 7 de la marquise ou de l'auvent.

1. Jonc pour la liaison d'un tissu de marquise ou d'auvent de caravane plastifié avec la caravane, consistant en une bande de tissu repliée sur elle-même et renfermant un cordon, caractérise en ce que la bande de tissu présente une face externe se subdivisant longitudinalement en une zone plastifiée pour permettre la soudure avec le tissu de la marquise ou de l'auvent et en une zone non plastifiée présentant un bon pouvoir de glissement.
