Abstract

1. A method of manufacturing an alcoholic beverage, starting from a wine and making use of hyperfiltration or ultrafiltration, characterized in that the initial wine is subjected to hyperfiltration or to ultrafiltration suitable for obtaining a permeate other than wine, while retaining drinking quality, said permeate constituting the basis of the desired beverage.
