Abstract
1. Derivatised nucleic acid sequence with one or more structural elements of the general formula : X-A-M in which X signifies the group see diagramm : EP0173251,P7,F2 or see diagramm : EP0173251,P7,F3 whereby the N-atom represents the amine nitrogen atom of a nuclein base and R a straight-chained or branched lower alkylene radical which can be interrupted by heteroatoms, whereby in the case of the nuclein bases, it is a question of the bases adenine, guanine, cytosine, uracil, thymine, orotic acid, xanthine, hypoxanthine, 5-hydroxymethyl-cytosine or 5-hydroxymethyluracil of the nucleic acid, A a bifunctional bridge member and M an antigen, hapten or antibody.
