Abstract

The invention concerns a method for managing electronic data flow and said data storage in an architecture associated with a media library, said electronic data having various forms and derived from a plurality of data sources. Said method comprises the following steps: classifying said electronic data on the basis of a data source selection; identifying said electronic data by locating said data source; and classifying said identified electronic data within a universal interface. The invention is in particular useful for consulting off-line documents collected on the Web or any information holdings.
