HEADLAMP
ABSTRACT
There is disclosed a headlamp (100), relating to the technical field of illumination
lamps, including a lamp body (15), a reflector module (7), a night vision illumination
module (14), and a light source module (9). The lamp body (15) is a shell with a
rectangular cross section, and one surface of the lamp body is a light-transmitting
surface. The light source module (9) and the reflector module (7) are fixedly disposed in
an inner cavity of the lamp body (15). The night vision illumination module (14)
includes a lens holder (13) fixed to the illumination module (14) and at least one convex
lens (8) fixed to the lens holder (13), and a fixing hole is provided in a bottom of the
lens holder (13). The reflector module (7) includes a plurality of reflectors distributed in
a rectangular array, and the adjacent reflectors are fixedly connected to each other. Part
of light generated by the light source module (9) is reflected by the reflector and can be
emitted through the light-transmitting surface, being refracted into a diffuse light beam,
and the rest of the light generated by the light source module (9) is condensed into a
strip spot by the convex lens (8) and can be emitted through the light-transmitting
surface. In a driving environment with a low visibility, the device can provide a driver
with a clearer driving environment and ensure driving safety.

[01] The present utility model relates to the technical field of illumination lamps, and in particular relates to a headlamp.
[02] Lamps added to a car are widely used. The lamps can bring convenient and bright illumination for people and users for off-road, special operations, camping, and the like outdoors, realizing simple and direct illumination. However, the weather outdoors is unpredictable. For example, people who like off-road or outdoor camping will often encounter weather such as fog, rain, snow, or the like, and such weather is generally accompanied with a relatively low light or reduced visibility, which makes it difficult for drivers to know road conditions, further causing traffic accidents. Therefore, a headlamp is provided to provide the users with clear road illumination in bad, undesirable, and low-light weather, and assist the drivers in obtaining road information early to ensure driving safety.
[03] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present utility model provides a headlamp, which in a driving environment with a low visibility can provide a driver with a clearer driving environment and ensure driving safety.

[05] The present utility model discloses a headlamp, including a lamp body, a reflector module, a night vision illumination module, and a light source module. The lamp body is a shell with a rectangular cross section, and one surface of the lamp body is a light-transmitting surface. The light source module and the reflector module are fixedly disposed in an inner cavity of the lamp body. The night vision illumination module includes a lens holder fixed to the illumination module and at least one convex lens fixed to the lens holder, and a fixing hole is provided in a bottom of the lens holder. The reflector module includes a plurality of reflectors distributed in a rectangular array, and the adjacent reflectors are fixedly connected to each other. Part of light generated by the light source module is reflected by the reflector and can be emitted through the light-transmitting surface, being refracted into a diffuse light beam, and the rest of the light generated by the light source module is condensed into a strip spot by the convex lens and can be emitted through the light-transmitting surface.
[06] Preferably, the light source module includes a substrate and LED lamp beads protruding from an upper surface of the substrate, and the upper surface of the substrate faces the light-transmitting surface.
[07] Preferably, each of the reflectors sleeves an outside of one of the LED lamp beads, and one of the LED lamp beads is accommodated in the fixing hole.
[08] Preferably, the lamp body includes a main body, a light-transmitting plate, a pressing bar, and a side cover. The main body is a rectangular shell. Both side end faces and a front end surface of the main body are open. The side cover is configured to close the side end surface and is fixedly connected to the main body. The pressing bar is configured to be fixedly connected to the open end of the front end surface of the main body and pressing the light-transmitting plate against the front end surface opening to close the front end surface opening.
[09] Preferably, the convex lens is a double convex lens.
[10] Preferably, the headlamp further includes a bracket. The bracket is movably connected to the lamp body for adjusting an angle of the lamp body.
[11] Preferably, the reflector includes an orange peel reflector and a glossy reflector.
[12] Preferably, the headlamp further includes a breather valve. The breather valve is disposed on a surface of the lamp body for dissipating heat inside the lamp body.
[13] Preferably, the lamp body is a fin-type heat dissipation lamp body.
[14] Preferably, a waterproof rubber strip is arranged between the light-transmitting plate and the main body for sealing the inner cavity.
[15] Preferably, the LED lamp bead accommodated in the fixing hole is a night vision illumination LED lamp bead, and the night vision illumination LED lamp bead is configured to increase an illumination intensity.

Part of the light is reflected by the reflector and then emitted through the light-transmitting surface, being refracted into the diffuse light beam. This part of the light has a short range and can provide a user with nearby road information. The rest of the light is condensed by the convex lens and then emitted through the light-transmitting surface, refracting a focused beam, and forming strip spots. This part of the light has a high intensity and a long range, which can provide the user with distant road information. The headlamp can take into account distant and nearby illumination, can provide the driver with timely and comprehensive road condition information even in case of poor weather visibility, thereby ensuring driving safety.

The lamp body 15 is a shell with a rectangular cross section, and one surface of the lamp body 15 is a light-transmitting surface. The light source module 9 and the reflector module 7 are fixedly disposed in an inner cavity of the lamp body 15. The night vision illumination module 14 includes a lens holder 131 fixed to the illumination module and at least one convex lens 8 fixed to the lens holder 131, and a fixing hole is provided in a bottom of the lens holder 131. The reflector module 7 includes a plurality of reflectors distributed in a rectangular array, and the adjacent reflectors are fixedly connected to each other. Preferably, the lamp body 15 has a length of 1328.6 mm, 1077.6 mm, 822.6 mm, 567.6 mm or 362.6 mm. As shown in FIG. 2, there are 2 reflector modules 7, which are mirror-symmetrically distributed on both ends of the lamp body 15. There is 1 night vision illumination module 14, which is distributed at a middle position of the lamp body 15. Part of light generated by the light source module 9 is reflected by the reflector and can be emitted through the light-transmitting surface, and the rest of the light generated by the light source module 9 is condensed into a strip spot by the convex lens 8 and can be emitted through the light-transmitting surface.
[30] The light source module 9 emits light. Part of the light is reflected by the reflector and emitted through the light-transmitting surface, being refracted into a diffuse beam. This part of the light has a short range and can provide a user with nearby road information. The rest of the light is converged into the strip spot by the convex lens 8. The strip spot has a long range and can provide the user with distant road information. The headlamp 100 can take into account nearby and distant illumination, and can provide a driver with timely and comprehensive road condition information to ensure driving safety even in case of poor weather visibility.
[31] Further, the light source module 9 includes a substrate 91 and LED lamp beads 92 protruding from an upper surface of the substrate 91, and the upper surface of the substrate 91 faces the light-transmitting surface. The LED lamp bead 92 can be turned on under the control of an on-board display.
[32] Further, each reflector sleeves an outside of one LED lamp bead 92, and one LED lamp bead 92 is accommodated in the fixing hole.
[33] Further, the lamp body 15 includes a main body 10, a light-transmitting plate 5, a pressing bar 11, and a side cover 2. The main body 10 is a rectangular shell. Both side end surfaces and a front end face of the main body 10 are open. The side cover 2 is configured to close the side end surfaces and is fixedly connected to the main body 10. The pressing bar 11 is configured to be fixedly connected to the open end of the front end surface of the main body 10 and press the light-transmitting plate 5 to the opening of the front end surface to close the opening of the front end surface. Preferably, a sealing ring 3 is disposed between the side cover 2 and the main body 10 for sealing and waterproofing of the inner cavity.
[34] Further, the convex lens 8 is a double convex lens 8, which realizes better convergence of the light source and improves a brightness and a range of a light source.
[35] Further, the headlamp 100 further includes a bracket 1. The bracket 1 is movably connected to the lamp body 15 for adjusting an angle of the lamp body 15 to adapt to different use environments.
[36] Further, the reflector includes an orange peel reflector 72 and a glossy reflector 71. With a flooding effect of the orange peel reflector 72 and with a condensing effect of the glossy reflector 71, both an illumination range and an illumination intensity of the light source are ensured.
[37] Further, the headlamp 100 of further includes a breather valve 4. The breather valve 4 is arranged on a surface of the lamp body 15 for dissipating heat inside the lamp body 15.
[38] Further, the lamp body 15 is a fin-type heat dissipation lamp body, which improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the lamp body 15.
[39] Further, a waterproof rubber strip 6 is disposed between the light-transmitting plate 5 and the main body 10 for sealing and waterproofing of the inner cavity.

[42] In a specific use process, as shown in FIG. 5, when the quantity of reflector modules 7 in the headlamp 100 is 2 and the quantity of night vision illumination modules is 1, as shown in FIG. 3, a first module 16 and a third module 18 are respectively driving circuits for the LED lamp beads 92 corresponding to each group of reflector modules 7, and a second module 17 is a driving circuit for the LED lamp bead 92 corresponding to the night vision illumination module. A circuit with a numeral of "123" at left is in driving connection with the first module 16, the second module 17, and the third module 18, and the first module 16, the second module 17, and the third module 18 can all be independently driven by the circuit with a numeral of "123" at left. The user can turn on the LED lamp beads 92 corresponding to the first module 16, the second module 17, and the third module 18 individually or in a combination according to actual illumination needs to make the headlamp 100 emit different illumination beams.

There are 2 reflector modules 7, which are mirror-symmetrically among 3 groups of night vision illumination modules 14 with the night vision illumination module 14 distributed at the middle position as a baseline.

Claims (5)
1. A headlamp, comprising a lamp body, a reflector module, a night vision illumination module, and a light source module, wherein the lamp body is a shell with a rectangular cross section, and one surface of the lamp body is a light-transmitting surface; the light source module and the reflector module are fixedly disposed in an inner cavity of the lamp body; the night vision illumination module comprises a lens holder fixed to the illumination module and at least one convex lens fixed to the lens holder, and a fixing hole is provided in a bottom of the lens holder; the reflector module comprises a plurality of reflectors distributed in a rectangular array, and the adjacent reflectors are fixedly connected to each other; and part of light generated by the light source module is reflected by the reflector and can be emitted through the light-transmitting surface, being refracted into a diffuse light beam, and the rest of the light generated by the light source module is condensed into a strip spot by the convex lens and can be emitted through the light-transmitting surface.

The headlamp according to claim 1, wherein the light source module comprises a substrate and LED lamp beads protruding from an upper surface of the substrate, and the upper surface of the substrate faces the light-transmitting surface; wherein each of the reflectors sleeves an outside of one of the LED lamp beads, and one of the LED lamp beads is accommodated in the fixing hole; wherein the LED lamp bead accommodated in the fixing hole is a night vision illumination LED lamp bead, and the night vision illumination LED lamp bead is configured to increase an illumination intensity.
3. The headlamp according to claim 1, wherein the lamp body comprises a main body, a light-transmitting plate, a pressing bar, and a side cover; and the main body is a rectangular shell, both side end surfaces and a front end face of the main body are open, the side cover is configured to close the side end surfaces and is fixedly connected to the main body, the pressing bar is configured to be fixedly connected to the open end of the front end surface of the main body and press the light-transmitting plate to the opening of the front end surface to close the opening of the front end surface; wherein a waterproof ring is arranged between the light-transmitting plate and the main body for sealing the inner cavity.
4. The headlamp according to claim 1, wherein the convex lens is a double convex lens; further comprising a bracket, wherein the bracket is movably connected to the lamp body for adjusting an angle of the lamp body.
5. The headlamp according to claim 1, wherein the reflector comprises an orange peel reflector and a glossy reflector; further comprising a breather valve, wherein the breather valve is disposed on a surface of the lamp body for dissipating heat inside the lamp body; wherein the lamp body is a fin-type heat dissipation lamp body.
