Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of ventilators, in particular to a mining ventilator with an adjustable blade angle. In view of the problem that the angle of the fan blades cannot be adjusted according to the ventilation requirements during use, which reduces the use effect of the fan blades, the following solution is proposed, which comprises a chassis housing, and an inner wall of the chassis housing is fixed with a drive motor. In the present invention, through cooperation of the arc-shaped plates and the fan blades, the angle of the fan blades of the ventilator can be adjusted as required. Technical field of the invention
The present invention relates to the technical field of ventilators, in particular to a
mine ventilator with adjustable blade angle.
Background art
During the use of the existing ventilators, the angle of the fan blades cannot be
adjusted according to the ventilation requirements, which deteriorate the use effect
of the fan blades. For this reason, a mine ventilator with adjustable blade angle is
proposed.
Summary of the invention
In order to achieve the above goal, the following technical solutions are adopted in
the present invention:
A mine ventilator with adjustable blade angle comprises a chassis housing, wherein
an inner wall of the chassis housing is fixed with a drive motor; a rotary disk is fixed
on an output shaft of the drive motor through a shaft coupling; an outer side wall of
the rotary disk is provided with a plurality of intersected guide channels a along an
outer circumferential direction; each of two ends of each of the guide channels a is
provided with an arc-shaped plate; and one end of the arc-shaped plate extends to
an outside of the guide channels a and is fixed with a fan blade.
Preferably, symmetrically arranged first shaft bodies are fixed on both side walls of
each of the arc-shaped plates; one end of each of the first shaft bodies away from
the arc-shaped plates is rotatably connected with side walls of the guide channels a;
and a first groove is provided on one side wall of each of the guide channels a.
Preferably, a connection motor is fixed on an inner side wall of the first groove, and
an output shaft of the connection motor is fixedly provided with a second shaft body through a coupler; and a worm shaft is fixed at one end of the second shaft body away from the connection motor.
Preferably, outer walls of the first shaft bodies are tightly matched and fixed with
worm gears, and the worm shaft is in meshing transmission connection with worm
gears.
Preferably, a supporting seat is fixed to a bottom side wall of the chassis housing.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as
follows:
1. In the present invention, through cooperation of the arc-shaped plates and the fan
blades, the angle of the fan blades of the ventilator can be adjusted as required.
Through coordination of the connection motor, the worm gears and the worm shaft,
the rotation angle of multiple fan blades can be effectively adjusted at the same time,
which improves use convenience.
2. In the present invention, through cooperation of the provided supporting seat and
the drive motor, mine ventilation can be effectively done so that the practicability is
improved.

In order to keep the following description of the embodiments clear and concise, the
present disclosure omits detailed descriptions of known functions and known
components.
Referring to Fig. 1-2, a mine ventilator with adjustable blade angle comprises a
chassis housing 1, wherein the inner wall of the chassis housing 1is fixed with a drive
motor; a rotary disk 3 is fixed on an output shaft of the drive motor through a shaft
joint; the outer side wall of the rotary disk 3 is provided with a plurality of intersected
guide channels a 4 along the outer circumferential direction; each of two ends of
each of the guide channels a 4 are provided with an arc-shaped plate 5; and one end
of the arc-shaped plate 5 extends to the outside of the guide channel a 4 and is fixed
with a fan blade 6.
Symmetrically arranged first shaft bodies 7 are respectively fixed on both side walls
of each of the arc-shaped plates 5; one end of the first shaft bodies 7 away from the
arc-shaped plates 5 is rotatably connected with side walls of the guide channels a 4;
and a first groove is provided on one side wall of each of the guide channels a 4.
A connection motor 8 is fixed on the inner side wall of the first groove, and the
output shaft of the connection motor 8 is fixedly provided with a second shaft body 9
through a coupler; and a worm shaft 10 is fixed at one end of the second shaft body
9 away from the connection motor 8.
The outer walls of the first shaft bodies 7 are tightly matched and fixed with worm
gears 11, and the worm shaft 10 is in meshing transmission connection with the
worm gears 11; and a supporting seat 2 is fixed to the bottom side wall of the chassis
housing 1.
Working principle: when the angle of the fan blade 6 to be adjusted, only the
connection motor 8 needs to be started. The connecting motor 8 drives the second
shaft body 9 to rotate, and the second shaft body 9 drives the worm shaft 10 to
rotate. The worm shaft 10 and the worm gears 11 are in meshing transmission each
other to drive the first shaft body 7 to rotate, and the first shaft body 7 drives the
arc-shaped plates 5 to rotate. The arc-shaped plates 5 drive the fan blades 6 to rotate,
adjusting the orientation of the fan blades 6, and completing the angle adjustment of
the fan blades 6.

Claims (5)

Claims
1. A mine ventilator with adjustable blade angle, comprises a chassis housing (1),
wherein an inner wall of the chassis housing (1) is fixed with a drive motor; a rotary
disk (3) is fixed on an output shaft of the drive motor through a shaft coupling; an
outer side wall of the rotary disk (3) is provided with a plurality of intersected guide
channels a (4) along an outer circumferential direction; two ends of guide channels a
(4) are respectively provided with an arc-shaped plate (5); and one end of the
arc-shaped plate (5) extends outside the guide channels a (4) and is fixed with a fan
blade (6).
2. The mine ventilator with adjustable blade angle according to the claim 1, wherein
symmetrically arranged first shaft bodies (7) are fixed on both side walls of the
arc-shaped plate (5); one end of the first shaft bodies (7) away from the arc-shaped
plate (5) is rotatably connected with side walls of the guide channels a (4); and a first
groove is provided on one side wall of the guide channels a (4).
3. The mine ventilator with adjustable blade angle according to the claim 2, wherein
a connection motor (8) is fixed on an inner side wall of the first groove, and an
output shaft of the connection motor (8) is fixedly provided with a second shaft body
(9) through a coupler; a worm shaft (10) is fixed at one end of the second shaft body
(9) away from the connection motor (8).
4. The mine ventilator with adjustable blade angle according to the claim 3, wherein
outer walls of the first shaft bodies (7) are tightly matched and fixed with worm gears
(11), and the worm shaft (10) is in meshing transmission connection with worm gears
(11).
5. The mine ventilator with adjustable blade angle according to the claim 4, wherein
a supporting seat (2) is fixed to a bottom side wall of the chassis housing (1).
