Abstract
Abstract The innovation provides a toothbrush head design, which including a rod portion, a head portion and bristles, and most of the toothbrush head include the rod portion and the head portion was designed as a solid of revolution except the installation area for bristles. The whole toothbrush head will rotary vibrate around the center axis of the revolution surface during working, and then drives the bristles to brush the teeth for cleaning. During the rotary vibration, the distance between the toothbrush head surface and the teeth will keep unchanged due to the solid of revolution design, it will help to reduce or even avoid impact on the teeth during cleaning the teeth. The innovation also provides a power driven toothbrush with such a toothbrush head design, which could help to prevent impact on the teeth during teeth cleaning, help to make teeth brushing more comfortable and reduce potential health risk due to long-term high-frequency impact on teeth which was occurred very often with current existing power driven sonic toothbrush.

_Specification_ A toothbrush head and a power driven toothbrush
Technology Field
This innovation relates to an oral hygiene product, in particular to a toothbrush head and a power driven toothbrush.
Background Technology
The importance of oral hygiene in modern life is self-evident. To maintain the oral hygiene, it is necessary to brush teeth properly. Tooth brushing also becomes an essential part of people's daily life. However, the head portion or the rod portion of existing power driven toothbrush head will impact the teeth inevitably, which results in uncomfortable feeling during tooth brushing, especially when brushing the inner side of the teeth. As shown in Figure 2, the arrow shows the high-frequency rotary vibrating direction of the head (5) of the existing electric toothbrushes during tooth brushing. The center of the high-frequency rotary vibration is the axis (7), and the direction of axis (7) in Figure 2 is vertical to the principal plane. The rotary vibration of the head (5) will drive the bristles (6) to clean the teeth. Since most of existing power driven toothbrush is with a crosssection as shown in Figure 2, then another side of the head (5) will with chance to impact against the tooth (4) at high frequency, result in discomfort and poor user experience, and long-term use may even cause potential health hazard to the teeth. A toothbrush head and electric toothbrush are needed in this field so as to enhance the user's comfort when brushing the teeth.

Detail Application Sample:
The following detail explanation of this innovation is just to help understand this innovation. Therefore, the protection scope of the innovation should not be restricted by the contents of specific embodiments.
It should be noted that Figure 1 to 4 are illustrative only, not drawn in accordance with proportional scale and should not limit the protection scope of this utility model.
Figure 1 provides an example of application. The power driven toothbrush (2) could be an sonic toothbrush and includes the handle portion (22) and the toothbrush head (21), wherein the head of the handle portion (22) is connected with the bottom of the toothbrush head (21). To facilitate replacement, the handle portion (22) and the toothbrush head (21) are detachably connected. The toothbrush head (21) includes a rod portion (211), a head portion (213) and bristles (210). The rod portion (211) and the head portion (213) form an all-in-one structure which is made of hard material.
The handle portion (22) can be a column body suitable for handheld length, the exterior is wrapped with an anti-slip rubber, and the handle portion (22) is provided with a power switch (3). The bottom of the handle portion (22) is provided with a inductive charging device which can support the use of a charging base, so that the built-in battery of the power driven toothbrush (2) could be charged automatically when the power driven toothbrush (2) is put into the charging base. In addition to the built-in battery, the handle portion (22) also includes an vibration mechanism, a vibrating conduction metal rod and a control circuit. The vibration mechanism can vibrate under the control of control circuit, one end of the vibrating conduction metal rod is connected with the vibration mechanism, and the other end protrudes from the head of the handle portion (22); a connecting hole can be formed in the bottom of rod portion (211) of the toothbrush head (21) and sleeved on the vibrating conduction metal rod, so that the toothbrush head (21) and the handle portion (22) are detachable connected. The vibration of the vibration mechanism could be transmitted to the toothbrush head (21) through the vibrating conduction metal rod. When the vibration frequency is tens to hundreds of Hz, it belongs to the frequency range of sound wave, so the electric toothbrush in such vibration frequency is also called an sonic toothbrush.
After the vibration is transmitted to the toothbrush head (21), the toothbrush head (21) will rotary vibrate within a small angle (l°-2°) with the axis A-A as the center. The vibration process is shown as the two double-sided arrows in Figure 4. In Figure 4, the direction of swing axis A-A is vertical to the principal plane. The rod portion (211), the head portion (213) and the bristles (210) constituting the toothbrush head (21) can rotary vibrate around the axis A-A together, and the bristles (210) can clean the teeth.
According to Figure 3 and 4, to prevent the toothbrush head (213) from impact on the teeth 4, the outer surface of the head 213 (except the installation surface 213b of the hairbrush) is designed as part of a solid of revolution surface (213a), and the center line B-B of the revolution surface (213a) coincides with the rotary vibration axis A-A of the head portion (213).
Since the axis B-B of the revolution surface (213a) coincides with rotary vibration axis A-A of the head (213), the distance between the revolution (213a) and the teeth (4) could keep unchanged, the revolution surface (213a) of the toothbrush head (213) will not impact the teeth (4), then it will reduce or even eliminate the potential health hazard to the teeth due to the long-term high-frequency vibration of the toothbrush head (21).
The characteristic and definition of the solid of revolution is known to everyone, so we only introduce briefly here. The revolution surface is a kind of common curved surface. The curved surface formed when a curve rotates around an axis at certain angle is called the revolution surface. The curve could be a straight line or a curved arc, and the axis is also called the center line of revolution surface. When both ends of the curve of revolution surface are connected with the center line and form an enclosed body, the plane figure will rotate around the center line by 360°, and the 3D geometry of the enclosed space is a revolution body.
In this application, the bristles (210) were designed to be vertical to the installation area (213b), however it's not necessary.
The power driven toothbrush (2) in the application of this innovation is provided with the above toothbrush head (21), which will help to avoid impact on the teeth during tooth brushing, improve the comfort and reduce or even eliminate the potential health hazard to the teeth due to the long-term high-frequency vibration and impact of toothbrush head 21 of electric toothbrush.
Although the innovation is disclosed as this application, it is not used to limit the utility model. All technicians in the field can make possible modifications and improvement without departing from the spirit and scope of the innovation. All the contents not departed from the technical scheme in this innovation are incorporated in the protection scope defined in the claim of innovation.
