Abstract
The present invention relates to a semi-synthetic hybrid material which comprises an inorganic fraction and an organic fraction, having a pH of 7 to 7.4 and in which said organic fraction is crosslinked, to the process for manufacturing this material and to osteosynthesis devices or implants made of semi-synthetic hybrid material.
