Abstract

Disclosed are a method and device for using the gangue aboveground to backfill a mine goaf, the method comprising: in the process of a gangue backfill, crushing the gangue aboveground via a double-roll crusher (4); then conveying the crushed gangue to the bottom of the mine via a material vertical conveyor (6); recrushing the fractions of the gangue in the mine via a double-roll crusher (8) so as to obtain the particle diameter required by a pneumatic conveyor (9); and finally transporting the recrushed gangue to backfill the goaf in the mine via the pneumatic conveyor (9). The method and device for using the mine gangue aboveground to backfill a goaf tunnel in the mine can safely and efficiently transport the gangue from the ground to the goaf in the mine at a depth of a few hundred meters from the ground so as to backfill the goaf in the mine, thus saving the floor area occupied by the gangue piled on the ground, and reducing the danger of earth surface subsidence.

BACKFILL MINE GOAF
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an equipment for back-filling ground gangues into 5 underground mined-out regions and a method thereof, which are especially suitable for directly back-filling ground gangues into underground areas.
Background of the Invention
Gangues, which are also known as coal gangues, are a concomitant product of coal mining, and include massive rocks produced during roadway excavation and dirt bands and 10 overlaying/underlying rocks produced in the mining process in a coal mine. The conventional gangue treatment method is to transport the gangues from the underground area to a ground area and pile up them, creating a ground "construction" that is unique in coal mines — gangue dumps. The existence of such gangue dumps causes many adverse impacts on the environment in a mining area, mainly embodied in the following four 15 aspects: (1) piling of gangue dump: it destroys the ecological environment and has adverse effects on the natural landscape; (2) spontaneous combustion of gangue dump: it pollutes the atmospheric environment in the mining area and endangers human health; (3) eluviation of gangue dump: it destroys the soil structure and pollutes the water systems in the mining area; (4) caving of gangue dump: it endangers human life safety and causes 20 economic loss. According to statistics, the accumulative total amount of piled gangues up to now in China is about 4.5 billion tons, there are more than 1600 large-size gangue dumps and they occupy about 15,000ha. land area, moreover, the accumulation amount increases at a rate of 150 to 200 million tones/year now.
In view of those problems, from the purpose to realize the coordinated development of 25 resource and environmental, it is necessary to seek for technical approaches for exploiting and utilizing mineral resources reasonably, protecting ground constructions and underground water resources, and protecting and transforming the ground environment. As 2014223132 16 Feb 2017 2 the coal resources are exploited continuously in China, the government has enacted a series of policies, in order to urge the enterprises to change the predatory exploitation approach in the past and force the enterprises to improve the recovery rate of resources and the utilization ratio of associated resources. 5 Utilizing ground solid wastes such as gangues and fly ash as filling materials, back-filling the underground mined-out region can solve the problems of solid wastes gangue sand fly ash emission and surface caving, and is of great practical significance and has wide application prospects. However, how to transport the wastes of gangues and the like from the ground to the underground area in depth of hundreds of meters to fill the mined-out 10 region safely, efficiently and economically is an urgent task to be solved.
Summary of the Invention
In view of the above technical problems, it can be desirable for an embodiment of the present disclosure to provide an apparatus for transporting gangues from a ground gangue dump to an underground region and filling the underground region, and a method thereof. 15 A first aspect provides a method for back-filling ground gangues into underground mined-out regions, comprising the following steps: a. loading gangues from a gangue dump via a gangue bunker, a first screw conveyer, and a ground belt conveyer sequentially into a ground roll crusher, to crush the gangues to gangue fragments with the grain size 50mm or less, wherein a discharge port of the 20 said ground gangue bunker is connected to a feed port of the ground roll crusher via the first screw conveyer and the ground belt conveyer sequentially; b. transporting the gangue fragments with the grain size 50mm or less obtained in step 'a' via a second screw conveyer and a vertical solid material dispenser sequentially to an underground area, wherein a discharge port of the ground roll crusher is connected to a 25 feed port of the vertical solid material dispenser via the second screw conveyer, a discharge port of the vertical solid material dispenser is connected to the feed port of 3 2014223132 16 Feb 2017 an underground roll crusher via an underground belt conveyer; c. loading the gangue fragments with the grain size 50mm or less transported to the underground area into an underground roll crusher via an underground belt conveyer, to further crush the gangue fragments with the grain size 50mm or less to gangue 5 fragments with the grain size 30mm or less, wherein a discharge port of the underground roll crusher is connected to a pneumatic conveying device, wherein said pneumatic conveying device comprises a blower fan, said blower fan is connected to one end of a material conveying pipeline via a pressure booster, a mining wet sprayer is arranged at the other end of said material conveying pipeline, and a feeding hopper 10 is arranged on the material conveying pipeline; d. transporting the gangue fragments with the grain size 30mm or less obtained in step 'c' to the underground mined-out region via the pneumatic conveying device, wherein, said vertical solid material dispenser comprises a horizontal feeding chamber, a vertical feeding chamber, and a bevel gear box, said horizontal feeding 15 chamber is arranged with an feeding hopper at one end and communicates with the upper part of the vertical feeding chamber at the other end, the vertical feeding chamber is arranged with a discharge port at its lower end, a horizontal feeding screw rod and a vertical feeding screw rod are arranged in the horizontal feeding chamber and the vertical feeding chamber respectively, one end of the horizontal feeding screw 20 rod is connected with a coupling to a reducer, and the reducer is connected to an electric motor, the other end of the horizontal feeding screw rod is connected to the vertical feeding screw rod via the bevel gear box.
An embodiment provides an equipment for back-filling ground gangues into underground mined-out regions comprises a ground gangue bunker, a ground roll crusher, a vertical 25 solid material dispenser, an underground roll crusher, and a pneumatic conveying device, the discharge port of the ground gangue bunker is connected via a first screw conveyer and a ground belt conveyer sequentially to the feed port of the ground roll crusher, the 4 2014223132 16 Feb 2017 discharge port of the ground roll crusher is connected via a second screw conveyer to the feed port of the vertical solid material dispenser, the discharge port of the vertical solid material dispenser is connected via an underground belt conveyer to the feed port of the underground roll crusher, and the discharge port of the underground roll crusher is 5 connected to the pneumatic conveying device, wherein said pneumatic conveying device comprises a blower fan, said blower fan is connected to one end of a material conveying pipeline via a pressure booster, a mining wet sprayer is arranged at the other end of said material conveying pipeline, and a feeding hopper is arranged on the material conveying pipeline. 10 In an embodiment, the vertical solid material dispenser comprises a horizontal feeding chamber, a vertical feeding chamber, and a bevel gear box, the horizontal feeding chamber is arranged with an feeding hopper at one end and communicates with the upper part of the vertical feeding chamber at the other end, the vertical feeding chamber is arranged with a discharge port at its lower end, a horizontal feeding screw rod and a vertical feeding screw 15 rod are arranged in the horizontal feeding chamber and the vertical feeding chamber respectively, one end of the horizontal feeding screw rod is connected via a coupling to a reducer, and the reducer is connected to an electric motor, the other end of the horizontal feeding screw rod is connected via the bevel gear box to the vertical feeding screw rod. In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the discharge grain size of the ground roll 20 crusher is 50mm or less; the discharge grain size of the underground roll crusher is 30mm or less.
Benefits: in an embodiment of the present disclosure, in the gangue back-filling process, firstly, the gangues are crushed on the ground, secondly, the crushed gangues are transported via a vertical material dispenser to underground areas, in the underground area, 25 the gangue fragments are further crushed to a grain size that meets the requirement for conveying on a pneumatic conveying device, lastly, the gangue fragments are conveyed via the pneumatic conveying device into underground mined-out regions and is filled. The equipment and method for back-filling ground gangues into underground mined-out 5 2014223132 16 Feb 2017 regions may have the advantage that the gangues can be sequentially conveyed from the ground to the underground mined-out region in depth of several hundred meters safely, efficiently and economically, so as to back-fill the gangues into the underground mined-out region, the area occupied by accumulated ground gangues may be saved, the risk of surface 5 subsidence may be reduced, and the cost of environmental control may be saved, and, in addition, the equipment may have compact structure and small footprint, and may be easy to install and dismantle, and have high practicability.

As shown in Fig.l, the method for back-filling ground gangues into underground mined-out regions according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: a. loading gangues from a gangue dump via a gangue bunker 1, a first screw conveyer 2, 5 and a ground belt conveyer 3 sequentially into a ground roll crusher 4, to crush the gangues to gangue fragments with the grain size in 50mm or less; b. transporting the gangue fragments with the grain size in 50mm or less obtained in step 'a' via a second screw conveyer 5 and a vertical solid material dispenser 6 sequentially to an underground area; 10 c. loading the gangue fragments with the grain size in 50mm or less transported to the underground area into an underground roll crusher 8 via an underground belt conveyer 7, to further crush the gangue fragments with the grain size in 50mm or less to gangue fragments with the grain size in 30mm or less; d. transporting the gangue fragments with the grain size in 30mm or less obtained in step 15 'c' to the underground mined-out region via a pneumatic conveying device 9.
As shown in Fig.l, the equipment for back-filling ground gangues into underground mined-out regions in an embodiment of the present invention comprises a ground gangue bunker 1, a ground roll crusher 4, a vertical solid material dispenser 6, an underground roll crusher 8, and a pneumatic conveying device 9. The discharge port of the ground gangue 20 bunker 1 is disposed above the feed end of a first screw conveyer 2, and the discharge end of the first screw conveyer 2 is disposed above the lower end (i.e., the feed end) of a ground belt conveyer 3, the upper end (i.e., the discharge end) of the ground belt conveyer 3 is disposed above the feed port of the ground roll crusher 4, the discharge port of the ground roll crusher 4 is disposed above the feed end of the first screw conveyer 2, the 25 discharge end of a second screw conveyer 5 is located at the feed port of the vertical solid material dispenser 6, the discharge port of the vertical solid material dispenser 6 is disposed above the lower end (i.e., the feed end) of the underground belt conveyer 7, the 2014223132 16 Feb 2017 7 upper end (i.e., the discharge end) of the underground belt conveyer 7 is located above the feed port of the underground roll crusher 8, and the discharge port of the underground roll crusher 8 is connected to the pneumatic conveying device 9.
As shown in Fig.2, the vertical solid material dispenser 6 comprises a horizontal feeding 5 chamber 65, a vertical feeding chamber 67, and a bevel gear box 66. The horizontal feeding chamber 65 is fixed to a base 63, and the horizontal feeding chamber 65 is arranged with a feeding hopper 64 at one end and communicates with the upper end of the vertical feeding chamber 67 at the other end, the vertical feeding chamber 67 is arranged with a discharge port 68 at its lower end, a horizontal feeding screw rod and a vertical 10 feeding screw rod are arranged in the horizontal feeding chamber 65 and the vertical feeding chamber 67 respectively, one end of the horizontal feeding screw rod is connected via a coupling 62 to a reducer 61, the reducer 61 is connected to an electric motor, and the other end of the horizontal feeding screw rod is connected via the gear box 66 to the vertical feeding screw rod. 15 As shown in Fig.3, the pneumatic conveying device 9 comprises a blower fan 91, the blower fan 91 is connected via a pressure booster 92 to one end of a material conveying pipeline 94, a mining wet sprayer 95 is arranged at the other end of the material conveying pipeline 94, and a feeding hopper 93 is arranged on the material conveying pipeline 94.
The electric motors of all components of the equipment according to an embodiment of the 20 present invention are the explosion-proof motors applicable to underground areas of coal mines, which voltage is 380/660V; the first screw conveyer 2 and the second screw conveyer 5 have 300t/h conveying capacity; the ground belt conveyer 3 and ground belt conveyer 7 have 260t/h conveying capacity, the conveyable grain size is 0~ 100mm, the inclined length of the conveyer engine body is 13m, the belt is flame-retardant rubber belt, 25 the minimum height of the upper end of the conveyer is 3m, and the lower end of the underground belt conveyer 7 is level, in 800mm length and 600mm height; the vertical solid material dispenser 6 has 500~800t/h processing capacity; the maximum feeding grain 2014223132 16 Feb 2017 8 size of the ground roll crusher 4 is 300mm, the discharge grain size is 50mm or less, and the processing capacity is 200~600t/h; the rotation speed of the two rolls of the underground roll crusher 8 is 250~350rpm, the discharge grain size is 30mm or less, and the processing capacity is 200t/h, and the mounting height of the underground roll crusher 5 8 is smaller than 1800mm; the air pressure of the pneumatic conveying and filling system 9 is 0.4-0.5MPa, the air consumption rate is 250~300m3/h, the pipe diameter of the material conveying pipeline 94 is 100mm, the conveying capacity of the pneumatic conveying and filling system 9 is 30~35m /h, and the maximum conveying distance is 500m.

A method for back-filling ground gangues into underground mined-out regions, comprising the following steps: a. loading gangues from a gangue dump via a gangue bunker, a first screw conveyer, and a ground belt conveyer sequentially into a ground roll crusher, to crush the gangues to gangue fragments with the grain size 50mm or less, wherein a discharge port of the said ground gangue bunker is connected to a feed port of the ground roll crusher via the first screw conveyer and the ground belt conveyer sequentially; b. transporting the gangue fragments with the grain size 50mm or less obtained in step 'a' via a second screw conveyer and a vertical solid material dispenser sequentially to an underground area, wherein a discharge port of the ground roll crusher is connected to a feed port of the vertical solid material dispenser via the second screw conveyer, a discharge port of the vertical solid material dispenser is connected to the feed port of an underground roll crusher via an underground belt conveyer; c. loading the gangue fragments with the grain size 50mm or less transported to the underground area into an underground roll crusher via an underground belt conveyer, to further crush the gangue fragments with the grain size 50mm or less to gangue fragments with the grain size 30mm or less, wherein a discharge port of the underground roll crusher is connected to a pneumatic conveying device, wherein said pneumatic conveying device comprises a blower fan, said blower fan is connected to one end of a material conveying pipeline via a pressure booster, a mining wet sprayer is arranged at the other end of said material conveying pipeline, and a feeding hopper is arranged on the material conveying pipeline; d. transporting the gangue fragments with the grain size 30mm or less obtained in step 'c' to the underground mined-out region via the pneumatic conveying device, wherein, said vertical solid material dispenser comprises a horizontal feeding chamber, a vertical feeding chamber, and a bevel gear box, said horizontal feeding chamber is arranged with an feeding hopper at one end and communicates with the upper part of the vertical feeding chamber at the other end, the vertical feeding chamber is arranged with a discharge port at its lower end, a horizontal feeding screw rod and a vertical feeding screw rod are arranged in the horizontal feeding chamber and the vertical feeding chamber respectively, one end of the horizontal feeding screw rod is connected with a coupling to a reducer, and the reducer is connected to an electric motor, the other end of the horizontal feeding screw rod is connected to the vertical feeding screw rod via the bevel gear box.
