Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiment 1. Field of the Invention The invention relates to the oil-collecting structure of a range hood. In particular, it refers to the structure that allows convenient installation and removal of the oil collecting container as well as causing no concern regarding noise or accidental detachment when the oil-collecting container is fitted to the hood, and also reduces the accumulation of grease around the oil-collecting container. 2. Description of Conventional Art Conventional hoods mainly comprising: a housing structure, located at the walls above, for example, gas stoves and other cooking utensils, and connected to the outdoor, containing certain filter and purification structures and the bottom thereof contains predetermined hole(s) and positioning panels; at least a ventilation fan located within the structure of the hood, where the fumes can be drawn to the housing structure, and then exhausted to the outside; and at least one set of oil-collecting container with flanges allowing it to be fitted onto the positioning member of the hood structure, the hood structure filters out the grease which is then flown through the drainage hole and into the oil-collecting cup. By reference to the above structure, the maintenance of indoor air environment, the purification of exhaust air and the facilitation of the cleaning of grease can be achieved. However, conventional oil-collecting cup was designed for convenient removal, thus the flanges and the positioning members of the hood structure are designed to fit loosely When the range hood is operating, the vibration will create noise, and the possibility that the oil-collecting cup may fall down. Furthermore, under the conventional structure, not only are the flanges of the oil collecting cup and the hood structure positioning member exposed to the outside, the oil collecting cup and the connecting parts of the hood structure also have multiple bending part, thus easy to accumulate oil and affect the appearance. Also, in order to observe the level of waste oil to determine when to clean the container, the conventional oil collecting cup commonly uses clear or see through material, but this design also undermined the overall appearance of the hood. 3. Summary of the Invention The purpose of this creation is to provide an oil-collecting structure that is convenient to install and remove, and when installed, the oil-collecting structure is fitted tightly to the hood and therefore does not cause concern regarding noise or accidental detachment. The invention achieve the above objective featuring: a positioning plate, located at the bottom of the housing structure of the range hood and having drainage hole(s); one positioning member, comprising two side panels located on the two sides of the drainage hole at the bottom of the positioning plate; two bottom panels, located on the outside of the bottom of two side panels; and two fixing panels, located on the outside and above the two bottom panels, the rear part having a flat section, and the distance to the positioning plate narrowing gradually from the front end toward the rear end; and an oil-collecting container having an upward facing opening, on both sides of the opening of the container are provided with an inwardly extending flanges. The flanges are to be fitted between the flat section of the two fixing panels and the positioning plate to facilitate the installation and removal of the oil-collecting container, and when installed, the oil-collecting structure does not cause concern regarding noise or accidental detachment. Another purpose of the creation is to provide an oil-collecting structure that can reduce accumulation of oil and improve the appearance of the hood's oil collecting system. The main features of the invention that achieve the above purposes comprise: the front and both sides of the positioning plate and the oil-collecting container are fitted together on the same plane, so as to reduce the accumulation of grease and improve on overall appearance. The creation of yet another purpose is to remind users to clean the hoods oil collecting structure. The main features of the invention that achieve the above purpose comprise: the body of the positioning plate and the oil collecting container are made of stainless steel, with an overflow hole located at the pre-determined position of the front side of the oil-collecting container allowing grease to slowly flow out of the oil-collecting container once it reaches certain height, acting as a reminder to the users to clean the oil-collecting container. The accompanying drawings are included to provide further understanding of the principles of the invention and the inventive steps taken to achieve the above stated purposes. 4. Description of the Invention Figure 1 shows the hood's oil-collecting structure 100 is located at the bottom of the chassis structure of the hoods 200 in accordance with the present invention. Figure 2 shows the hood's oil-collecting structure 100 in accordance with the present invention including: a positioning plate 1, located at the bottom of said housing structure with the drainage hole 11; a positioning member 3, with two side panels 31 that are located on both sides of the drainage hole 11 at the bottom of the positioning plate 1; and an oil-collecting container 5 that can be fitted to the positioning member 3, to facilitate the easy installation and removal of the oil collecting container, and when installed, the oil-collecting structure does not cause concern regarding noise or accidental detachment. Detailed description is provided below. Positioning plate I located at the bottom of the chassis structure of the range hood can be made of any strip that are in line with the length of the chassis structure. The positioning plate contains a drainage hole 11. The waste oil within the housing structure will flow to and collected at the positioning plate 1, where it will flow out through the drainage hole 11. Further, the positioning plate I can be in the form of an additional plate located at the bottom of the housing structure separate from the range hood, or may also be formed by directly using the oil groove located at the bottom of the chassis structure FIG 3 and 4 show that the positioning member 3 comprises: two side panels 31, located at the bottom of the positioning plate 1 on both sides of the drainage hole; two bottom panels 33, located on the bottom of the outer side of side panels 31; and two fixing panels 35, located on the outer side of the bottom panels 33. As shown in Figure 5, the top of the fixing panel 35 is designed such that the inclined surface has the front end that is further away from the positioning plate 1, whilst the rear end is closer to the positioning plate 1, and forms an engaging space 36 with the positioning plate I that gradually reduced from the front end 361 to the rear end 362. As shown in Figure 6, the oil-collecting container 5 has an oil collector 51 with an upward opening 52. On both sides of the opening 52 are provided with an inwardly extending flange 53. In addition, the rear side of the oil-collecting container 5 has a flange gap 55 that corresponds to the flange 53. When installing, the positioning member is passed through the flange gap 55 of the oil-collecting container 5 and is fitted together with the flange 53. Figure 7 shows the front side of the engaging space 36 between the fixing panel 35 and the positioning plate 1 allows the flange 53 of oil-collecting container 5 to move i and out, achieving the purpose of easy to install and remove the oil-collecting container. Also, the rear side of the engaging space 36 ensures a tight fit with the flange 53 when fitted together, achieving the purposes of eliminating the concern regarding noise or accidental detachment. Further more, as shown in Figure 5, the flange 53 is fitted in between the positioning plate I and the flat section 351 of the rear end of the fixing panel 35, so as to prevent the front end of the oil-collecting container from drooping, effectively resulting in the top surface of the oil-collecting container 5 closely fitted to the bottom surface of the positioning plate 1. Figure 8 shows that when the oil-collecting container 5 is fitted to the bottom of the positioning member of the positioning plate 1, the oil-collecting container 5 covers the outside of the positioning member, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the accumulation of grease around the positioning member and enhancing the aesthetics of the hood. Furthermore, the front and both sides of the positioning plate 1 and the oil-collecting container 5 are fitted on the same plane, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the accumulation of grease around the oil collecting container and enhancing the aesthetics of the hood, In order to facilitate the fitting of the oil-collecting container 5 to the positioning member of the positioning plate 1, the front side of the positioning plate I and the front side of the oil-collecting container 5 have corresponding alignment marks 17, 57. Furthermore, the positioning plate 1 and the oil-collecting container 5 can be made of the same material as the aforementioned housing structure, for example, stainless steel, so that the overall appearance are consistent, as well as preventing the waste oil in the oil-collecting container to affect the overall appearance. In addition, an overflow hole 59 is located at a pre-determined position of the front side of the oil-collecting container such that once the waste oil reaches certain level, it will flow out through the overflow hole 59, reminding the user to clean the oil-collecting container.
