Abstract

The invention relates to a device comprising at least one flexible guiding wire (1) or the like for stabilising a break (12) in a tubular bone (11), said guiding wire being displaceable inside the bone canal (13). The inventive device is also provided with a rounded head (2) on its end which is to be introduced into the tubular bone (11).
