Abstract

A brick-laying robot for rising masonry has a gripping arm (80) and a central supporting device (32) that carries the gripping arm (80) and statically supports the whole robot, as well as a peripheral supporting device with supporting feet (7) that can be vertically adjusted between a retracted and an extended position. In the retracted feet position, the whole robot is statically supported on the ground by the central supporting device (32). In the extended feet position, the whole robot is statically supported on the ground by the supporting feet (7). The peripheral supporting device can be moved by predetermined steps in relation to the central supporting device (32) in a direction parallel to the bricks that are to be laid.
