Abstract

The bulkhead consists of a blocking plate (7) which is connected detachably to a door (4) for closing the door opening. The blocking plate (7) is in the connected state movable with the door (4) and, in the event of danger, detachable therefrom and lowerable. During lowering, it comes into engagement with holding means (8) and is held firmly and tightly thereby. The blocking plate is therefore moved with the door (4) or forms part of the door (4) when there is no emergency. It does not therefore have an obtrusive appearance at all.
