Abstract

1. Stand-up picture holder, comprising a stay (4), which is hinged to the back panel (3) of the picture holder (1) by means of a four-joint support (6) and can be swung out of a swung-back rest position into a deployed position, in which the stay (4) is held by a stay holder (5), the four-joint support (6) comprising a base (7), which is arranged on the back panel (3) of the picture holder (1), a turnover flap (10), the stay holder (5) and at least part of the actual stay (4), characterised in that the stay (4) projects beyond the joint (8) which connects it to the stay holder (5) and comprises in the projecting part a recess (13) in which the stay holder (5) is arranged when the stay is in the rest position, and that when in the support position, as compared with the rest position, the projecting part of the stay (4), together with the stay, is in a swung-out state following a longitudinal movement towards the lower edge (2) of the picture holder (1).
