Abstract

The method involves comparing calculated speed of each of multiple vehicles (9, 11, 12) with an allowed speed (V max). An image representative of a viewing angle of a Doppler effect dual frequency radar (2) is captured and stored when the vehicles exceed the speed (V max). A number (N) of vehicles situated in the angle is determined from reflection signals received by the radar, when the vehicle exceeds the speed to process image. An independent claim is also included for a system to monitor vehicles moving along trajectories.
