Abstract

The cardboard packing has a lid element (26) consisting of two interconnected flat sub-elements (28,30) connected to respective side walls (14,16) by corresponding bend lines (22,24). Each sub-element has two cut-outs to form gripping holes which through the forming of the lid element come to lie one upon the other, with the distance (A) between the holes (32,34) of the first sub-element being greater than the distance (B) between the holes (36,38) of the second sub-element.
