Abstract

1. A scrubber sponge, comprising a gripping part (2) of soft polyurethane foam having a scrubbing part (1) of coarse non-woven material optionally containing an abrasive connected to it, and a cleansing agent (4), such as soap, a solid cleansing agent paste or the like, which is inserted at different points between the polyurethane foam and the scrubbing part and is covered by a water-impermeable film (3) or an appropriately cut layer of plastic or a plastic container, characterized in that the film (3) or the layer of plastic or the plastic container covers the cleansing agent (4) in such a manner that it is sealed off only from the gripping part (2), and in that the scrubbing part (1) of coarse non-woven material optionally containing an abrasive is connected to the gripping part (2) by foam penetration.
