Abstract

A method for fitting hinges to glass doors has a grip block (10) applied to the glass with adhesive. The grip block has a channel to take one flap (2) of the hinge and has threaded fasteners screwed through the raised flanges of the channel to clamp onto the edges of the hinge flap. The flap has a loose fit in the channel, allowing some adjustment of the hinge.
