Abstract

The brush has a handle (4) with a brush (3) at one end and a sucker (5) of rubber-like material at the opposite end (4a). The sucker is mounted on the handle with the sucker axis oriented along the longitudinal axis of the brush handle. Preferably the sucker is screwed into the brush handle by a threaded spigot (6) screwed into a threaded recess (7) in the handle. The part (5a) of the sucker that is attached to the brush handle is held in a cavity (8) inside the handle so that only the outer edge region (5b) of the sucker projects beyond the handle.
