Abstract

The invention provides methods for the detection of urinary tumor-associated antigens (U-TAA). In particular, immunologic detection means are disclosed for tumor antigens where the tumor antigen is either in an independent form or combined with an anti-tumor antigen antibody in a naturally-occurring immune complex. Methods to detect the tumor antigen U-TAA, eg. by double determinant EIA, are exemplified.
