Abstract

A closure (10) for a container, with a dry material chamber (18) filled with a hygroscopic drying material (20), has a chamber opening towards the interior of the container. The opening between the chamber (18) and the container is covered by a porous disc (22) to retain the material (20) within the chamber (18). The disc (22) is stamped from a sintered strip of ultra high mol. polyethylene.
