Abstract

1. Manual film winding-off device with a film roll (8) of stretch film and a frame formed by two longitudinal frame parts (3, 23) running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the film roll (8) and two transverse frame parts (2, 4) running at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the film roll (8), said frame receiving the film roll (8) for rotary support purposes, a braking means acting on the film roll (8), as well as an adjusting means with a rotary actuator (23), by means of which the two transverse frame parts (2, 4) can be moved towards or away from one another to a greater or lesser extent and the braking means is regulatable, there being an adjustable screw connection between at least one end of at least one of the longitudinal frame parts (3, 23) and one of the transverse frame parts (2, 4), characterized in that the rotary actuator for the adjustable screw connection is formed by at least one (23) of the longitudinal frame parts (3, 23), the screw connection being formed between the latter and at least one of the transverse frame parts (2, 4).
