Abstract
Electrical push-button switches, especially short-stroke push-buttons, are used to an increasing extent in film keyboards of electronic apparatuses. A push-button switch (1) has a push-button and a centring cap (11) with positioning pins (23) which centre a snap disc (3). For its part, the snap disc (3) rests on a printed-circuit board (2) having contact fields (6), and bridges over these fields in the event of manual operation of a covering film (12). In order to limit the force which acts on the snap disc (3), a supporting region which simultaneously acts as a movement limiter is provided in the push-button and centring cap (14). The push-button switch (1) of such construction can be assembled detachably and without solder and has a very long life. Illumination and/or marking elements can also be integrated. <IMAGE>
