Abstract

In a switch chamber for a metal-encapsulated gas-blast circuit breaker the intention is to produce a connection which is simple in production-engineering terms between the insulating tube (3) and the adjacent field-control elements (11). For this purpose, the insulating tube (3) consists of cast resin and is provided at its one end with an inner flange (4) and at its other end with an outer flange (5). In order to fix the insulating tube (3) on the power supply elements (8) of the switch chamber (2), annular metallic pressure elements (7, 11) are provided of which the pressure element (11) allocated to the outer flange is used at the same time as a field-control element. <IMAGE>
