  Verbrennungskraftmaschine. 



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Verbrennungskraftmaschinen jener Bauart, bei der die Kolbenstangen ausserhalb des Zylinders liegen und mit dem durch von dem Kolbenkörper ständig abgedeckte Schlitze hindurchgreifenden Kolbenzapfen verbunden sind. Die Erfindung besteht darin. dass der Verbrennungraumin an sich bekannter Weise auf der Kurbelseite angeordnet ist. 



   Durch diese Vereinigung wird der Vorteil erzielt, dass die   Kolbenstangen,   die nur auf Zug beansprucht

 gepresst werden können. Hiedurch wird das Gewicht der Maschine und der bewegten Massen verringert, wodurch die Drehzahl erhöht und somit die Leistung vergrössert werden kann. 



   In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in beispielsweiser.   Ausführungstorin   in zwei zueinander senkrecht stehenden Schnitten in den beiden Totlagen schematisch veranschaulicht. 



   Bewegt sich der Kolben   K gegen   die der Kurbel zugewendete Totlage (Fig. 1 und 2), so saugt er durch die   Öffnung   a Gemisch in den Pumpenraum F des Zylinders Z, während das Gemisch in dem Ver-   brennungsraum E verdichtet wird. Durch die Explosion in der Kammer E wird der Kolben K in entgegen-   gesetzter Richtung getrieben, wobei er das in die Kammer F gesaugte Gemisch verdichtet, das   schliesslich   durch den   Kanal l in   den Verbrennungsraum   E   übertritt, dort die Verbrennungsgase durch die Auslass- öffnung u treibt und den Verbrennungsraum füllt. 



   Der Kolben   K   ist mit der Kurbelwelle/11 durch zwei aussenliegende   Kolbenstangen   P verbunden, die an dem Kolbenzapfen o angreifen, der durch vom Kolben ständig abgedeckte   Zylindersehlitze   hindurchgreift. Diese bekannte Einrichtung ist nun erfindungsgemäss mit der an sich gleichfalls bekannten Anordnung des Verbrennungsraumes. E auf der   Kurbelseite   vereinigt, wodurch die erwähnten Vorteile erzielt werden.
