Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Rollenlager, welches mit Rollen und Laufringen von solcher
Form ausgestattet ist, dass der durch dielaufr ; nge auf die Rollen ausgeübte Druck bestrebt ist, die Rollen in deren Achsenrichtung zu verschieben, und das mit an einem der Laufringe angeordnetem Druckflansch versehen ist, der dazu dient, eine solche Verschiebung der Rollen in axialer Richtung zu verhindern. Die . Erfindung verfolgt den Zweck, e-n Lager dieser Gattung zu schaffen, bei dem der Druckflansch gleich- zeitig als Führung für die Rollen dient, so dass diese verhindert werden, sich schräg einzustellen.
Die Erfindung besteht zu diesem Zweck in der Hauptsache darin, dass das gegen den Druckflansch anliegende Ende jeder Rolle sphärische Form hat mit dem Mittelpunkte der Kugel im Schnittpunkt zwischen der Rollenachse und der Lagerachse und dass die Anlagefläche des Druckflansches solche Form hat, dass die Berührung zwischen den genannten Flächen längs einer Fläche oder einer Linie stattfindet, die sich in der Richtung des Rollens erstreckt. Hiedurch wird eine gute Führung der Rollen, ohne dass ein besonderer Führungsflansch zu diesem Zweck angeordnet zu werden braucht, und somit auch eine wesentliche Vereinfachung des Lagers erzielt.
Der Druckflansch kann dabei entweder mit einer sphärischen Anlagefläche, die der sphärischen Endfläche jeder Rolle entspricht und gegen die die genannte Endfläche so anliegt, dass die Berührung zwischen beiden längs einer Fläehe stattfindet, oder auch mit einer kegelförmigen Anlagefläche, deren Spitze in der Lagerachse liegt, versehen sein, gegen die die sphärische
Endfläche jeder Rolle so anliegt, dass die Berührung zwischen beiden Flächen längs einer Linie stattfindet, die die Richtung des Rollens hat.
