Eine solche wird bisher durch Eindrehen von Rillen a (Fig. 1) in die Rohrwand b erzielt, in die sich durch den Aufwalzprozess durch die Diehtmasehine Material des Rohres c einpresst. Dieses Verfahren hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass die angestrebte möglichst grosse Dichtungsfläche zwischen Rohr und Rohrwand verkleinert wird und dass das Material des Rohres einer starken Pressung ausgesetzt werden muss, damit das Rohrmaterial in die Rillen eindringt, wodurch die Wandstärke des Rohres geschwächt wird und die Gefahr des Abreissens des Rohres an der untersten Rille entsteht.
