Blade attachment for steam and gas turbines.
The subject of the invention is a new type of attachment of blades in steam and gas turbines, which infects the blades of the turbines securely from any loosening or detachment because their effect becomes stronger the more the blades are subjected to centrifugal force.
This effect is achieved by the special design of the blade roots lying in the groove of the drum and a similar design of the caulking pieces that clamp the lowest parts of the blade roots as a result of the caulking, in that such force components are brought about by a knee-shaped offset of the blade roots and a similar design of the caulking pieces, which increase the intensity of the pressure of the blades on the adjoining chisel pieces to the same extent as the centrifugal force increases.
The essential difference between this blade attachment and the previously known types of blade caulking and thus the one brought about by the subject of the invention
EMI1.1
The only thing that depends on the safety of all blade connections is not only significantly simplified, but the blade fastening is also secured to such an extent that blade damage is excluded.
Another advantage of the present type of attachment is that it retains the full cross section of the blades, in contrast to other attachments in which the blades are at the base. that is, especially in the most dangerous cross-section, through cuts, notches or the like. Are significantly weakened.
In the drawing, Fig. 1 shows the perspective view of the correspondingly designed blade, Fig. 3 shows the perspective view of a caulking piece, Figs. 3 and 4 are vertical sections through the blade and the caulking pieces, Fig. 5 shows a section close to the

The caulking pieces can either be made from one piece (Fig. 3) or (and advantageously at the Sehe tel the knee shape) be divided (Fig. 4). The same are both-
