 EMI1.1

Up until now, it was customary to match the leather components of field equipment, such as belts, bags, sheaths and the like, by painting the color of the field uniform in order to remove the sheen and easy visibility. This had the disadvantage that the paint was soon rubbed off and the objects e. n got an unpleasant appearance.

In addition, the leather is expensive because there is a shortage of gin on this item.

The stated deficiencies are completely eliminated by the present invention.

It relates to a method for the production of components of field equipment, such as belts, officers and other bags, cases for revolvers, telescopes and the like.

According to the invention, the method consists in that the belts or the like are first made from glued coarse canvas and then covered with a uniform cloth, which is sewn onto the canvas or glued and sewn on. At the Lier. Position of bags or the like. The canvas is covered on the outside with the cloth, on the inside with a waterproof material. To give the objects greater strength and resistance and to prevent them from expanding easily. and in order to preserve its shape, a wire is attached to the other canvases when they are made, after which the perforations are made over the canvas.

The objects produced in this way have a more pleasing appearance than if they are made of leather, and their color corresponds completely to that of the uniform.

They are also solid. lighter and far cheaper than the leather ones.
