 EMI1.1

 EMI1.1

Patent No. 68056 relates to a grease separator in which an outlet nozzle is placed on the cone-shaped bell separating the inlet from the separator space, which is equipped with obliquely upwardly directed poppet channels, so that the amount of liquid in the container is reduced by jets of liquid flowing upwards laterally gets rotating motion.

The present invention is intended to further increase the sluggishness that occurs here, by the fact that the inlet is not in the middle on the bottom, as in the device according to the patent mentioned, but on the side of the circumference of the conical bell resting on the bottom of the main container is provided. The outflowing waste water is already arranged or stratified by the centrifugal force in the conical bell, i.e. before it reaches the actual separation space.

The drawing illustrates in Fig. 1 in vertical section and in Fig. 2 in
 EMI1.2
similar to the device according to the parent patent placed loosely on the floor in the interior of the grease trap. According to the invention, the wastewater is introduced into the bell a laterally at its circumference through the inlet pipe b below the outlet nozzle c, so that it is exposed to the centrifugal force within the bell and already experience stratification or order here before it passes through the nozzle c enter the actual separation space d. To secure the position of the bell a, two lugs el and - (. 2 are provided on the side wall of the separation chamber d.
