lies or is further away from it. As a result of this fact, a safe orientation is only possible through long practice.
According to the invention, the Einrinsinstrumellt is directly coupled to the optics tube so that both parts can only be moved together and accordingly the lens opening of the optics tube is always the same distance from the intervention instrument. The body part to be treated therefore always appears to the observer to be of the same size, so that quick orientation is made possible.
The drawing shows, for example, an embodiment of the invention on a surgical urethroscope. Inside the shaft s of the urethroscope is the optical tube o and the surgical instrument i located at the end of the supply line z, e.g. B. a diathermy electrode. The power supply wire z to the surgical instrument is guided along the optics tube o and coupled to it by a bracket k and a press screw p. After loosening the press screw p, the optics tube and the surgical instrument can be individually pulled out of the shaft of the urethroscope. Before use, the operating instrument i is removed from the lens opening of the optics tube o to a certain amount and the press tube is then tightened.
During the operation, the optical tube and the surgical instrument are moved simultaneously by an unspecified drive of known construction.
The coupling can also be carried out in a different way than indicated here.
For other surgical instruments, for example cautery, two lead wires must be used, which are connected to the optical tube in a corresponding manner.
