  Mahigut pulping machine.

The invention relates to grinding stock dissolving machines of a known type which have two counter-rotating screws in a drum housing on a common shaft and an agitator between them.

In the known machines of the type described, an opening closed by a flap with a counterweight through which the ground material left the machine was provided in the upper part of the housing.

The invention now relates to a machine of the type described, in which the discharge flap is in the lower part and a strip is arranged opposite it on the inner wall of the housing, which, however, is not touched by the blades of the agitator.

This machine has the advantage that for its operation an accumulation of regrind under n: Iat. iv high pressure in the agitator space is not required, rather the same works with high yield even with a low load.

However, the quality of the product is better because harmful heating of the machine due to the friction of pressurized Mah! in good measure cannot occur, the power consumption is lower and, moreover, the number of revolutions of the agitator shaft can be increased considerably compared to that of the known machines to the advantage of the quantitative yield.

All these favorable possibilities justify the further fact that this machine is a! I of the pressure conditions and the number of revolutions in the most expedient way possible
 EMI1.1
highest yield in qualitative and quantitative relationship can be adjusted.

The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in section in a schematic representation.

In the illustrated embodiment, the device consists of a drum 1, which is fixedly mounted and both ends of which have feed openings 2. A shaft 4 rotates in this drum, on which conveyors at both ends in the two end parts of the drum
 EMI1.2
Push together towards the middle of the drum. In the middle of the drum, individual agitator blades 15 are mounted on the shaft 4, which unload from the shaft and thoroughly knead the ground material.
