  Method for creating ctaso slopes.

The previously used glass hangings for lamps and the like were made from stem glass, pressed prismatic glass and, more recently, from sheet glass. The use of window glass has also been proposed.

The present invention consists in producing glass hangings from blown or pressed glass hollow bodies of all kinds, such as cylinders, spheres and other round or angular shapes, in that the hollow bodies are blasted at any point or cut with a diamond and the shaped pieces thus obtained are drilled and ground. This production method has the advantage over previous methods and in particular also over the use of window glass that the hangings can be patterned in various ways without difficulty by providing the molds with different engravings. If the hollow glass body is provided with different colored glass supports, the hangings also receive colored decorations.
