    Verfahren zur Herstellung hochglänzender Fäden, Films und dgl. aus Viskose mittels eines Spinnbades aus gesättigter Salzlösung und Schwefelsäure.

   Nimmt man den   Schwefelsäurezl1satz   zu gesättigter   Natriamsulfatlösnng   geringer, z.   B. 6 bis 7 , so   tritt zwar keine Umsetzung der Viskose in wasserunlösliches Zellulosehydrat mehr ein, sondern nur ein Aussalzen der Viskose. Es ergeben sich aber Schwefelabscheidungen in Form eines   bläulichen   Schillers in den obersten Schichten des Produktes. 



  Löst man den Schwefel heraus. ho bleiben matte Stellen zurück, die den Glanz des Endproduktes verringern. 



     Ein Ansäuern   von gesättigter Salzlösung mit nur geringem Schwefelsäurezusatz

 auch   keinerlei Schwefelausscheidungen   auf der Oberfläche des Produktes bedingt. 



   Um die Umsetzung des letzteren in wasserunlösliches Zellulosehydrat zu bewirken, wird es der üblichen   Nachbehandlung unterworfen (Erwärmen, Behandlung   in einem Kochsalz-Sulfhydratbad oder   dgl.).   



   Das gewonnene Endprodukt ist hochglänzend, fest und elastisch.

 Hisulfate, so that the content of free sulfuric acid is about: zozo (see patent specification No. 33678), such a spinning bath, as experiments have shown, causes an immediate conversion of the viscose into water-insoluble cellulose allydrate without the thread becoming shiny.



   If the sulfuric acid addition to saturated sodium sulfate solution is reduced, e.g. B. 6 to 7, the viscose is no longer converted into water-insoluble cellulose hydrate, but only the viscose is salted out. However, there are sulfur deposits in the form of a bluish shimmer in the top layers of the product.



  Dissolve the sulfur. dull areas remain, which reduce the gloss of the end product.

   In order to bring about the conversion of the latter into water-insoluble cellulose hydrate, it is subjected to the usual post-treatment (heating, treatment in a sodium chloride-sulfhydrate bath or the like).



   The end product obtained is high-gloss, firm and elastic.
