  Verfahren zur Herstellung von offenen und halboffenen Pressstücken aus Massen, die durch Erwärmen bildsam werden. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung von offenen oder halboffenen   Pressstücken   aus Mischungen körniger oder faseriger Stoffe mit Harzen, Asphalt, Pechen, trocknenden Ölen und dgl., die durch Erwärmen bildsam werden und hiezu vor dem Pressen in Formen erwärmt werden. Solche Pressstücke dienen hauptsächlich für elektrische Zwecke, können aber ebensogut für beliebige andere Zwecke verwendet werden. So können nach dem unter Schutz gestellten Verfahren   Gebrauchsgegenstände,   wie Aschenbecher, Abdeckhülsen, Schachtelunter-oder oberteile   usw.,   gepresst werden. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Matrize und die in ihr enthaltene Masse vor Einführung der Patrize allein erwärmt werden, so dass der Pressling an der Patrize haftet und mit ihr aus der Matrize entfernt werden kann.

   Hiedurch wird die Herstellung der Presskörper erheblich vereinfacht und beschleunigt. 



   Auf der Zeichnung ist eine zur Ausübung des Verfahrens dienende Vorrichtung beispielsweise schematisch dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schnitt nach A-B der Fig. 2 und Fig.   2 eine   Oberansicht mit Schnitt durch den Pressstempel. 



   Auf einem zweckmässig drehbaren Tisch a sind mehrere, z. B. vier Matrizen   b   lösbar befestigt, derart, dass sie nacheinander unter eine mit Abstreifring c versehene, an dem Stempel d einer Spindel-, Kniehebel-, hydraulischen oder sonstigen Presse sitzende Patrize e gebracht werden können. Die Matrizen bestehen aus einfachen   schalenförmigen     Behältern.

   The invention relates to the production of open or half-open pressed pieces from mixtures of granular or fibrous substances with resins, asphalt, pitch, drying oils and the like. Which become malleable by heating and are heated for this purpose in molds before pressing. Such press pieces are mainly used for electrical purposes, but can be used for any other purpose as well. In this way, objects of daily use, such as ashtrays, cover sleeves, box lower or upper parts, etc., can be pressed according to the process that is under protection. The invention consists in that the die and the mass contained in it are heated by themselves before the introduction of the die, so that the pressed part adheres to the die and can be removed from the die with it.

   This considerably simplifies and speeds up the production of the press bodies.

   On a suitable rotatable table a are several, z. B. four dies b releasably attached so that they can be brought one after the other under a wiper c provided with the punch d of a spindle, toggle, hydraulic or other press seat e male. The matrices consist of simple bowl-shaped containers.
